Correction Of Pending Issues After Sale My vehicle went in to have some curb rash repaired on the wheels and for alignment. My vehicle is new, but was a dealer demo and had some very minor i My vehicle went in to have some curb rash repaired on the wheels and for alignment. My vehicle is new, but was a dealer demo and had some very minor issues that needed to be taken care of. I received reminder calls for scheduling the issues for repair from our salesman, Danny, who is always very polite and helpful. Due to my work schedule, we arranged to have my vehicle dropped off the night before. Danny had left for the day and I was assisted by Rod who was the first salesperson that introduced us to the XC90. He was also very nice and helpful. My dealings with the Service Center were only over the phone. I had called to check on the status of my vehicle at about 3:30 P.M. and was told it was ready. I had an inquiry regarding something I wanted them to look at to see if they were able to duplicate the issue and was told that I would get a call back from a Service Advisor. I never received the call back and decided to call again at about 5:30 P.M. At the end of the day, the information was provided to me by the same person that I had initially asked the question to. The only negative thing that I can say is that this is the second call back issue I have had with the Service Department. other than that, they did fix the issue, although one of my wheels still had some minimal curb rash on it that was not completely fixed despite having written it on the drop off paper. Overall, I do love this dealership. I have dealt with others for my Volvo purchases and this one surpasses them by a long shot. More

Horrible Customer Service. It is as if you are begging Adam to work on your car. He is clearly a very disgruntled worker. In addition he is a scam artist be very careful! He told me that both my brakes needed changing asap. When asked how low they were he said 3 in the front and 2 in the back. I opted not to as I had just gotten this car certified used 5 months prior. When pressed for the used car report he said they at the service department dont have those records. I went to the sales department and they said they dont have it obviously because it is the service department that does the inspection. Went back to Adam and he said he would get back to me. He never did. I took the car else where and my rear had 4 and the front had 5. Went back 5 months later to get them both changes and after checking he said only the back needs to be changed because the front were good. Beware! More
