delayed cervice enter I left the car on Thursday 26 for review of 20 thousand miles, (it was not the kindest the person who received the cart) I informed that day they did I left the car on Thursday 26 for review of 20 thousand miles, (it was not the kindest the person who received the cart) I informed that day they did not deliver for the time I left it and had not asked for the appointment corresponding to what i informed that perfect , and that I would be ready for the next day Friday 27, I left my cell contact number to which I was called to accept the value of a tire repair that had some small problem. Do not call on the 27th and upon noon that there was no news we called the service center informed us that they were still working on the maintenance and that it was left by Monday 30. The 30th again we called and were confirmed that maintenance was ready. In my opinion or concept very delayed the service, but the annoying thing is not to have information about the status of the repair and having to be the customer who communicates to know the evolution. I hope that these comments can serve to improve communication with customers, who we like to keep informed More
Check Engine Light On Before First Payment I have to admit that I was furious when the check engine light came on just a few weeks after having purchased my car. We immediately contacted Weston I have to admit that I was furious when the check engine light came on just a few weeks after having purchased my car. We immediately contacted Weston Volvo Service and our salesman Danny. They were both very professional and assured me that the vehicle could continue to drive without suffering any major damage. I was hoping to get all of my issues resolved with this one visit, however, because of some of the things that needed to be taken care of, that was not the case. I am still going crazy over some curb rash that is on my rims. It is not anything major, but it bothers me to the core because I like to keep my vehicles in pristine condition. I was told that this can only be done on a Tuesday. This is a huge inconvenience to me because it involves my having to take time off from work to resolve the issue. I also have an issue with the vehicle alignment that was not addressed. The vehicle pulls to the right and needs to be properly aligned. My paint issues were resolved and I was even provided with a paint kit in the event that I get any other scratches. That was very nice of them. You may wonder how a new vehicle would have all of these minor issues, the reason is that while it is a new vehicle, it is a dealer demo, so curb rash, minor scratches, and alignment issues can be expected. I just think that better attention needs to be placed on ensuring that these vehicles leave in New condition with no issues. More

Service manager Joe Mariner may quite possibly be the nicest, most genuine, caring, honest, and dedicated person I have ever met. Service advisors Adam Weinreb and Luis Gonzalez are absolutely spectacular and round out the all-star service team at Weston Volvo. They made me feel like family from day one, and I always know I am in great hands with them...so much so that I have recommended them to everyone I know, and, after experiencing it for themselves, every one of my family members and friends with a Volvo now goes there for all of their service and repair needs as well. My mother and sister also have so much confidence in the Weston Volvo service department that they drive their Volvos here from another state nearly 1,000 miles away to take them to Joe, Adam, Luis, and their team. Safe to say, we highly recommend them! More
