The service representative assigned to me is not a very customer oriented person: He has a bad habit of not acknowledging the person standing in front of him, does not return calls or emails, in general, very dry not easy going and not friendly at all. Friday afternoon... no problem! Our "high engine temp" light came on late on a Friday afternoon. We brought the car in immediately and Luis sent it back to a technician. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed and we were told that the car would be ready within the hour. We seriously thought he was kidding... it was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon! He assured us that he wasn't kidding and no more than 45 minutes later, the car was delivered back to us in perfect working order. Luis and Service Manager, Joe Mariner are two of the best! More
