Not very friendly and communicative. I expect a luxury brand dealer to have above typical level of service. Paired with the service I got purchasing the XC90 this dealer has not impressed me at all. More

We had an a/c issue and just as always, it was handled quickly (same day for a new compressor!) and perfectly. Yes, I cheap out and go elsewhere for a basic oil change, but for anything else, I will always bring my Volvo here for service. More

Missing Lexus Service 1.) A 1.5 hour first time 10k maintenance turned into a 3 hour wait due to a software update malfunction. 2.) Came home to a dent on my back tailg 1.)
