I made the decision to use a broker for this lease simply because it was easier for me, that was a mistake. My vehicle was in need of serious break repair by 1500 miles. Yes, it was under warranty, but the dealer the car came from was not doing right by me, a loyal Volvo customer. Joe did what was right. I will never make that mistake again. Thank you to Joe and his team, I can now confidently drive to NC and move my son into his Freshman year of college! More

The service representative assigned to me is not a very customer oriented person: He has a bad habit of not acknowledging the person standing in front of him, does not return calls or emails, in general, very dry not easy going and not friendly at all.
