Major Improvement from last service I was not happy the first time I went for service because I was told for the first time that I could not have a loaner because my service was for less I was not happy the first time I went for service because I was told for the first time that I could not have a loaner because my service was for less than two hours. They stuck to this policy even though I explained to them that my sales person at Weston Volvo had stated otherwise. This time I explained to them the great inconvenience waiting would occasioned since I work far from the dealership and no weekend appointments were available. They gladly offered me a loaner and I was in and out very quickly. I was very impressed and appreciated that they took note that I had little time to wait around. Great job and great improvement from the last time!!! I'm now looking forward to my next appointment. More

RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE SERVICE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR WAS INITIALLY DIAGNOSED OVER THE PHONE. IT WAS CONFIRMED WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR MY SCHEDULED SEVICE. I GOT HOURS OF WORK DONE WHILE WAITING IN THE NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE WAITING AREA. CAR RUNS GREAT. More
