Missing Lexus Service 1.) A 1.5 hour first time 10k maintenance turned into a 3 hour wait due to a software update malfunction. 2.) Came home to a dent on my back tailg 1.) Oil was spilled all over the engine cover. 4.) Battery terminal cover was not closed and just exposed. Never again. More
