My advisor Juan is very nice and helpful. My car was well cleaned. I have to just assume everything else was done well bc I have no way to tell. I enjoyed the hot chocolate while waiting. Although my service representative Juan was excellent as he always is when I bring my car in for service, regrettably my oil change, which is covered under my contract was not honored due to the fact that I he always is when I bring my car in for service, regrettably my oil change, which is covered under my contract was not honored due to the fact that I was over about 5000 miles for the service I was told by my service advisor Which is Juan (And again, I say he’s a great guy. It doesn’t reflect on his service.) that it was Volvo‘s policy that if I went over my miles when it was due for service that I could not receive my third and final oil change service. Personally, I think we spend a lot of money on these vehicles like my XC 90 To be so petty as to not honor the contractual obligation of a simple oil change. This has been our third XC 90 and believe that perhaps it will be our last thank you Volvo for nothing. More
