The experience was not good. When my car broke down, I was told they would provide me with a loaner. However, they never did. I kept being told they didn't have any available and When my car broke down, I was told they would provide me with a loaner. However, they never did. I kept being told they didn't have any available and that they all were allocated to other people. I missed 2 days of work because I didn't have a car and Volvo didn't care. I called multiple times (to both service and sales departments) at the dealership and the people at Volvo either didn't return my calls or didn't value me enough as a customer to make the situation right. If Volvo's cars continue to have persistent computer system issues, their dealerships need to be equipped with an appropriate amount of loaners. More
