I walk-in at 9:55 due to low tire pressure, turns out I had a nail in my tire. Since I was leaving on a road trip at 2pm, I needed to address it ASAP. Amanda was great she was polite, and professional she had a nail in my tire. Since I was leaving on a road trip at 2pm, I needed to address it ASAP. Amanda was great she was polite, and professional she immediately got to work as she understood my urgency. Not only did she get my tire changed but even accelerated the service allowing me to make my 12pm appointment. I was in and out by 11:00! Highly recommend her and the excellent service I received at this Volvo dealership! More
