Amanda was great! (Service on Monday) -—— Saturday- However, my car got the engine light on with a really loud noise - I was driving it and I took it immediately to (Service on Monday) -—— Saturday- However, my car got the engine light on with a really loud noise - I was driving it and I took it immediately to Volvo dealership. I arrived at 3:45 and I discovered service area was close. I told one of the Volvo workers that was outside the service area what was going on. He told me to go in and sit and he would get back to me. He never did. I then asked the greeting girls for someone to speak with. They got me their manager. The female manager told me that I could come back Monday morning or get an Uber, after I told her I lived in Miami. I also told her I just needed someone to look at the car and tell me if is okay for me to drive it. She then spoke to another manager. He had said there is nothing they could do. He did not even have the decency to come out and speak with me. I then started looking to see if I could call somewhere to get a car rental however due to it being Saturday and the time they were closed. Then I started calling my friends to see if someone could pick me up. A friend of mind told me there was a box to write what was wrong with the car and leave my keys. Also, they told me to go to Tire Kingdom. I took it and they treated me with kindness and looked at the car and suggested for me not to drive it. I return to Volvo and I left it in the back and dropped my keys. I have been a Volvo customer for many years. I expected at least a little compassion, orientation and direction. I had to find out about the drop box from someone else. Like I said before I have been with Volvo dealership for many years now and I was left very disappointed and dissatisfied with everyone that I encounter on Saturday involving Volvo dealership. I expected even if nothing could have been done but with some kindness and guidance. More
