My advisor Juan is very nice and helpful. My car was well cleaned. I have to just assume everything else was done well bc I have no way to tell. I enjoyed the hot chocolate while waiting. One drawback is the $55 service fee that gets attached whenever I come for service. It's a good bit more than the 12% tax I think he said the state charges them. More
