I was happy with the very capable customer service and mechanics. However, I don’t appreciate arriving for a 7:30 appointment, and being told I was the first one there, to only see my car sit outside unti mechanics. However, I don’t appreciate arriving for a 7:30 appointment, and being told I was the first one there, to only see my car sit outside until 8:00 or after. Why do I need to be so early if the car will not be serviced for at least a half an hour. More

Awesome service from Weston Volvo. Staff was professional and very friendly. Attendant explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area Staff was professional and very friendly.
