Would be nice if the techs would use fender apron. Instead of getting oil smudges on fender, hood , door and handles. I called in due to having no ac in my vehicle I asked if it was covered on warranty no one could tell me so I asked when i scheduled the appointment what it would cost me again no one said anything about an it was covered on warranty no one could tell me so I asked when i scheduled the appointment what it would cost me again no one said anything about any fees then i was called an told it’s ready for pick up an I owe them for the diagnostic fee I would of thought from a deal ship they would of knew the answers to most of my questions seems like I was trapped in to paying a fee an you guys knew it wasn’t covered. To begin with. I will prolly never return to Westown ford again. More

Instead he immediately located an Expedition that was a perfect match, and did so quickly and with a smile!
