They go above and beyond to make the customer happy while doing what needs to be done and not cutting corners. Service department overbooks customers. Doesn't consider customer time as having value. Doesn't let customer know service will take SEVERAL HOURS not maybe 1-2 hours which was expected for Doesn't consider customer time as having value. Doesn't let customer know service will take SEVERAL HOURS not maybe 1-2 hours which was expected for servicing. Then office staff tried to rebill prior service which had already been paid. Someone needs to explain to BOTH department staff that it's customers that provide the need for them and they should be more conscientious of the way they interact with the customer. More
