I drove from Arizona three years ago to buy my 2017 Lincoln MKX sight-unseen from them, which should say something about my trust and confidence in Westown Ford Lincoln. Passing through Jacksonville on a roadtrip again this month and stopped in to visit and lunch with them. Needed rear brake job while there, and service writer Michael McLaughlin took great care of us and our vehicle. Work was done expertly and completed well before we returned from lunch. Westown sets a challenging high bar for other dealerships anywhere in the country. Can't say enough good things about them. More

Came in Looking for a used car. I had inquired about it over the internet, Peter reached out to me, he was my salesman when I bought an Explorer in 2020. I came into the dealership I had inquired about it over the internet, Peter reached out to me, he was my salesman when I bought an Explorer in 2020. I came into the dealership took it out for a test drive and decided that was the vehicle we needed. Peter is very caring and very appreciative with me and my wife. The buying process was fast and easy and was out the door in 90 minutes. I did have to come back and visit the service department for a programming update. Service department was friendly as usual and had me on the way in minutes. Business office was polite and made everything easy. I thank Peter for all he has done and look forward to the next time I need a vehicle. Westtown Ford has always been great to work with. More
