The service department does not take appointments for oil changes, first come first served, after driving 30 miles told I'd have a 4 hour wait before they could begin the service. It is always nice to come in Saturday morning without and appointment and get the oil change done. Since COVID and the loss of my husband and dad. Very friendly, did not have to wait very long to have car serviced,.they checked my tire pressure which was included and I appreciate that. The staff in the service center are always very friendly and helpful. If I have a problem, they explain what needs to be done clearly and answer any questions I may have.
