I purchased my 2017 civic from another dealer with the main What could have been a bad experience turnes out to be a successful day at the dealership. I purchased my 2017 civic from another dealer with the maint. service contract which was not the one Kuhn uses. But after a call to the service contract company the service advisor was able to get an approval for the service to my car with me having to pay anything out of pocket. I will continue to get my car serviced here thanks to Mr. Looney - i hope i spelled it right cause that's the name that i saw at his desk. Good customer service! More

Complimentary Car was and Vacuum Every time I get complimentary service on my leased vehicle and turn the slip in it says “complimentary car wash and vacuum”. I have never ever received my car back vacuumed or washed. That is my only complaint! Tony is also an awesome service rep. Always takes care of me...it’s the actual service techs who do not complete this task. More
