Their inspection with service is a joke I always take multi point inspection with oil change. This tone I started comparing the reading for tire and breaks with last time. Apparently they to I always take multi point inspection with oil change. This tone I started comparing the reading for tire and breaks with last time. Apparently they told me the rear breaks were in yello zone with only 4mm left on them and recommended me to replace them. I didn’t fix them and 6 months later (yesterday) they showed on the inspection breaks were at 6.5mm in green. How is that possible? Same with tires, it went up from 6mm to 7mm, when I didn’t change anything. I have now ZERO trust in what they do. I would rather go to a local shop and get a oil change Honda service is a fraud. More

My experience was excellent. Seth Kalman was very helpful. This visit was not a planned event. I was going to a business dinner at Epicurean Hotel in Tampa and engine warning lights and others came on my dash This visit was not a planned event. I was going to a business dinner at Epicurean Hotel in Tampa and engine warning lights and others came on my dash. I called AAA and had them tow my 2016 Honda HRV to your location. Seth went above and beyond to help facilitate the process remotely after hours and also get things figured out and completed the next day. This got my HRV back in action for the Memorial Day Weekend.
