Quick & Easy I went to get an oil change that was fast, the representative I dealt with was awesome, very polite & knowledgable of anything I asked. He took the time out to explain everything on the papers he handed me. I even got a complementary car wash which I was very pleased with and they checked everything on my car, tires,breaks ect. to make sure I was good to go which was awesome because I’m driving my car to Miami this week and know I feel a lot safer. Made me happy :) More

Customer service overload!! My car had been giving me issues for the past year and I had other car problems there after. I had been doing online research for the past 3 weeks and My car had been giving me issues for the past year and I had other car problems there after. I had been doing online research for the past 3 weeks and narrowed down my findings to another dealership down the road and Kuhn Honda. My experience with the other place isn't worth mentioning. However, John at Kuhn Honda made my car shopping experience a fantastic one! From the moment we arrived to the moment I drove off the lot in my Pre-owned, certified vehicle, John was so attentive and truly gave me the Kuhn, customer service experience. I do feel like negotiations with the general manager could've been better, but for the features and condition that my car is in, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, John, for helping this educator. I was right at budget and you and Kuhn Honda helped to make my commute to work, a safe and pleasurable one. More
