Kuhn Honda-VW goes to great lengths to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers, whether purchasing or servicing a vehicle. In the interest of protecting personal identity we will address this complaint response to the screen name Dratesyou. Dratesyou visited our dealership after shopping for a new car from another Honda dealership. In an attempt to put our best foot forward, we offered Dratesyou a sale price on the vehicle better than what they received from the other dealership. We explained upfront that the fees for sales tax, tag registration and a $699.99 doc fee would be added to the sales price, if the terms were agreeable. To comply with state and federal laws regarding vehicle sales, prices are always presented this way at our dealership. We sincerely apologize for the unintentional misunderstanding Dratesyou had with our dealership and will work to prevent this from happening again in the future.
