I was uneasy about getting pressured to have other services done, however, the service rep that helped me made me feel at ease. Said it was ok to get other services done else where. Every time I said thank you, he said you're welcome (the little things to make someone come back). He said my potential wait time was 1 hour, but I was out in 30 mins. They also had service coupons which is another reason I come to this dealership for service. And I think I got a simple car wash too! More

Always professional and helpful service The service is always good. I drive an extra 20 miles from home to have my car serviced at Kuhn. Will keep coming back as long as I own a Honda. Great Honda Dealer In our search for a previously owned - certified Honda Odysse Touring Van for our daughter and family, we reached out to Kuhn Honda. We found our sale In our search for a previously owned - certified Honda Odysse Touring Van for our daughter and family, we reached out to Kuhn Honda. We found our sales specialist (Tyler) exceptional ... great customer service and knowledgeable. Despite the late hour, he stayed to complete the transaction well after closing. Overall, a very pleasant experience and our daughter is thrilled with the choice. Would highly recommend. More
Love the car but not the customer service/closing experience I love my 2018 Honda Civic Coupe which is the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one, but the finance manager Rabih Makki was extremely I love my 2018 Honda Civic Coupe which is the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one, but the finance manager Rabih Makki was extremely pushy and definitely low balled me on my trade in and hit me pretty hard on the sale. He sucked me into filling out paperwork and signing stuff before I even got my final offer and approval, and I should have been way more diligent because I felt like I was under pressure the entire time. I gave in to the platinum extended warranty, which he assured me covered roadside issues (such as hitting a bump or scraping a body part on a curb) among other things, but the warranty contract excludes most of the possible issues he listed. Complete waste of money built into my contract - luckily I was able to go back and cancel it so the $1800 could be credited back to the loan amount. When I looked at my paperwork, he didn’t even give me a full copy of the contract, only the first page. Same with the gap insurance I bought, only page one. I had to go online to Fidelity Warranty services to view the full coverage (which I then cancelled). This doesn’t even seem like a Honda warranty, this is some third party extended warranty. My car insurance would have covered most of these issues down the road if they ever occurred for much less after my deductible. Kept the gap though. The salesman Elias was very nice, though he did try to sell me the vehicle at $2,000 more than the MSRP. My experience with him was good for the most part. He seemed unsure sometimes when I asked him specific questions about features. He did roll out the car that I ended up buying on the first try, and I really love the car, so kudos to him on that. I didn’t like being left alone while he talked to his managers and other employees instead of us all discussing the sale together, it was a little awkward. He did follow up consistently and did his best in the end to ensure I was taken care of, so I’m glad things worked out. I love the car to pieces, it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. However, I did have to make an appointment to have the steering wheel aligned, because it was not straight - I realized this after I got on the road. The speakers seem a little buzzy too (this is at average volume with the subs at the stock level sound settings), I would like them to take a look and fix that as well. But my experience with the people there could have been a lot more comfortable. More
Faulty oil seal Went to this dealership to have my oil changed. About a month later after I got home from work, oil began spewing out of my car. I called them to ask Went to this dealership to have my oil changed. About a month later after I got home from work, oil began spewing out of my car. I called them to ask them about it and they refused to take responsibility for it and simply told me to call the Honda dealership that my car is leased from. So, no help at all. I then called the other dealership, they put me through to corporate, who set up a a tow for my vehicle ($82 fee), then after arriving at Kuhn, they told me they did not have a loaner or rental car for me to use in the meantime, so then I had to Uber to work the next morning, then to the dealership ($60). After looking at my car, they then called me to explain that it wasn’t my fault and that their service for the oil seal and oil replacement was free; however, they insisted I needed new tires, so I spent $600 for new tires and a tire alignment. SO, even though it was their mistake- a mistake that cost me $142 altogether, they only gave me $40 off my bill. The only pleasant detail about this entire situation was the man at the service desk who was extremely kind. More

Side note: Andy Johnson was not listed on here, but I would like to give him the highest praise. He was awesome. More
