Lack of up front/follow up communication Initial experience was good. Sales rep brought vehicle to us to test drive. Sales rep also knew our future intentions to pull boat and required necess Initial experience was good. Sales rep brought vehicle to us to test drive. Sales rep also knew our future intentions to pull boat and required necessary towing ability but failed to communicate on missing wiring harness which should have been negotiated at out set of sale. After sale attempted to communicate with salesperson but no return call. Gives bad impression-- recommend management do proper training on follow up procedures. Shook hands with sales manager on agreed bottom line price, but once in finance vehicle charge was more. Had a pre-approval from my credit union but dealership felt compelled to run credit anyway. The lack of respectful communication is the primary reason I would not recommend Kuhn Honda. More

Excellent service! I was having trouble, my car wouldn’t I start (it seemed to be the battery). I didn’t have an appointment, they took me right away, put in a new batt I was having trouble, my car wouldn’t I start (it seemed to be the battery).
