Great experience Harry was awesome! My wife and I went in over the weekend to look at the ‘18 Accord, and he was very laid back and easy to work with. He got everythin Harry was awesome! My wife and I went in over the weekend to look at the ‘18 Accord, and he was very laid back and easy to work with. He got everything taken care of for us quickly, and we were in and out of the dealership within a couple of hours. We love our new car, and would absolutely go back for future vehicles. More
Beware of Bait and Switch! I went to this dealership wanting to buy a 2015 Cadillac w/ 30K miles. I was expecting a dealer fee, tax, tag, and title to be added to the advertised price. What I didn't expect and wasn't listed is the $2,000 reconditioning fee they tried to stick me with. It was comical until I realized they weren't budging. Keep in mind I am going into a Honda dealership to buy a Cadillac, this is not fees to get the car CPO level or warranty. In total they wanted almost $5k over the listed price of $15,800! I drove to another dealership the same day and bought a car for their advertised price. Don't waste your time and even attempt to come here! ( The salesman was incredible, I don't blame him one bit. Ive bought my last 5 cars from dealerships, management makes all the decisions) More
Trust and Integrity is a lasting impression I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for it's first service. I am very particular, as I take care of my vehicle and it is evident from the start. I explain I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for it's first service. I am very particular, as I take care of my vehicle and it is evident from the start. I explain professionally and politely to the consultant/advisor upfront. The vehicle was due for oil change and tire rotation after 1 year with only 3000 approx. miles. The service department was not busy at 0700 and I was the only customer at the desk. He was not inclined with any small talk, but to the point and all business. Okay, that's fine. I mentioned more than once about tire pressures being low to start and he explained that it would be taken care of. When I was called back to pay after technician was complete, I asked basic questions of what was completed and how. I also asked to see the oil on the dipstick. He did oblige. I looked over the vehicle and noticed on start up, the tire pressures did not change (still low as I first pulled in). I went back inside and he stated the technician would check again. Tech brought the vehicle around and tire pressures were put to the desired cold temperatures. This vehicle does not need to be driven to get accurate pressures. Once you start it and give it approx. 1 min. or less, I've visibly watched information display change to current tire pressures sitting. Then, it eventually fluctuates up as you drive it. Bottom line, the technician did not take care of the tire pressures as asked or should have done on multi-point inspection, nor as the consultant stated was taken care of. It was not. Had I not checked the vehicle before leaving, it would have been under inflated again. With all this said, I am wary as to what else was not checked or was half-done. This is not the first time I've had poor service from a dealership and it won't be the last. Don't take for granted that the job asked or expected to be done right, actually was. The buyer/owner needs to be engaged. Trust me, this isn't my first rodeo and I do know something about vehicles. I would not come back to this dealership for maintenance, as I cannot soundly say I trust the work being done. On a positive note, the waiting area and food/drink bar is very clean and upscale. Best I've seen. There was a very nice lady that worked behind the counter of the food/drink bar. I wish I would have gotten her name. More

I was "assigned" Zack DeLeo as my salesman for this transaction and I could not be any happier. I'm someone who does his research and comparison shops. Therefore, I don't need a hard sell, I don't need constant emails to remind me. I was buying a new car as I was giving my 15 Accord to my son, and was debating between a number of different cars, including the Camry, Avalon, Acura NSX, BMW, Infiniti, and Lexus ES 350. However, I always had a feeling I was go back to another Honda Accord. The reason I mention the other dealers is because they all acted fairly immature and pushy. I told dealers not to call me - to text or email. A number of dealers ignored that. Not Zack. I met with him a number of times and he was willing to allow me to test drive the car as many times as I needed to, and was always available to work within my schedule. Not high pressure, just an easy person to work with. He was able to get the price lower than all other Honda dealers in the area on a fairly new, in demand car, and even throw in a few "goodies". If I need another Honda again (and 3 in 4 years is probably enough for a while), I will definitely to go to Zack. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. More
An awesome car buying experience Mr. Harry Whitaker helped me trade in old my vehicle, drastically lower my interest rate, and got me into a newer used car than what I previously had. Mr. Harry Whitaker helped me trade in old my vehicle, drastically lower my interest rate, and got me into a newer used car than what I previously had. Along with with all of that, this new vehicle only had 12,000 miles on it. He was super patient, listened to my situation, and worked out the best deal for me. Literally a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders! More
Bad experience from kuhn honda sales person Andy and Henry Hi , Today morning i went to kuhn honda after taking an appointment and finalised a deal with mr Andy and for financing i have gone through crdeit Hi , Today morning i went to kuhn honda after taking an appointment and finalised a deal with mr Andy and for financing i have gone through crdeit check and due to my less credit score i had to include my wife to loan and with better rate from my wife andy said it is good to go but need my wife physically come and sign for handing over the car and i said ok my home is 25-30 miles away so i will come back with my wife in 2 hrs and that happened at 11.55 am and i hand over the insurance proof and DL copy to mr Andy. To reach on time i skip my lunch and pick my wife and 3 small kids with me and bck to the dealer office by 1:30 PM(exactly took 95 minutes only) and they said the car is sold to someone else and when i request them that i want to talk to their branch manager (initially they said he will come in few minutes , but never came) after waiting 20 minutes i call their land line an ask to connect me to branch manger and the person who took the phone claimed himself as manager(Henry) and told that it may be some misscommunication and mean time some sales man call him and he said he will come in a minute and never came back , then another person with blue shirt came to me and claimed himself as mangager and he was really insulting me and my family .both andy and this man was with a wiered wicked smile and really insulted my feelings and don't know it was because of my skin color.i was with my family (me , my wife and 3 small kids including an infant baby) and they didn't even offered us a seat .At the end i told him that i came to the dealer because of good faith with the name Kuhn and you are ruining the name he said he don't care .In my life i will never recoment this dealer to anybody that I knows.I am trying to contact the jason kuhn ,CEO of this company .
