Dissapointed I thought I was a loyal customer,however Kuhn Honda has a bad memory. My family to include myself have purchased a total of 7 vehicles from Kuhn . Th I thought I was a loyal customer,however Kuhn Honda has a bad memory. My family to include myself have purchased a total of 7 vehicles from Kuhn . The last vehicle I purchased was a total nightmare .The vehicle was a white Honda Accord Coupe . I FELT with ,a Salesman name MyBoy,Will Diamond and Sales Manager Hussan/Hussain. The car I was sold was a complete lemon (I went to the lot to look at a Grey GOT but was talked into the Accord White 3.0V6. I didn't have the vehicle for 6hours and a check engine light went off. This is odd I thought ,THEN THE ENGINE FAILED TO START. The vehicle left me stranded at THO Fridays while I was on a date. I had to get a cab to get my date home.(she was not impressed).The vehicle was then towed to Kuhn where they could not READ the vehicle code and left the Head mechanic stumped. I was forced to catch the bus ,then Kuhn gave me a loaner vehicle while they took the fuel system apart. I asked about the Volkswagon I was looking at originally, but I was told it was sold. I drove around in the loaner vehicle which I FELT they were trying to push on me. Almost about a little other a month I got a phone call where Kuhn /Hussain informed me they have a vehicle they think I should look at. I sceptical about the vehicle but it turned out to be a good fit for me. I had to sell back the lemon to Kuhn Honda and use it as a trade In . For my inconvience Kuhn offered me lifetime OIL CHANGES . After all I went through I FELT that was a great offer and all was well. The reason I write this letter is I went through a period of 3 years not driving my vehicle. When I came to get my oil change Kuhn seem to forget about our agreement( Their gift) I even presented their management with paperwork that indicated a zero charge for oil changes but I was refused . They could not find record of all the other vehicles I purchased from Kuhn and 3 referral I sent even my sister at the beginning of the year (Where they sent me a check) I was ferious. They even told me I naught the vehicle from Lindell Honda which was their previous name however my licence plate frame is Kuhn and all sales papers say Kuhn. I'VE felt with a current sales manager female who is one of the most immature persons I have ever selt with .l don't know how she got her job.All the new staff seem need to be flushed. I believe the service dept was just following policy. However records should be taken of valued customers. I have since received repairs at Tampa Honda and they seem to work with you more even though they are further they have integraty More

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership/service center. It all started upon driving up to the service center. I pulled up in my Honda and wai Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership/service center. It all started upon driving up to the service center. I pulled up in my Honda and waited for someone to greet me as I had my toddler and infant in the car. I waited. I waited. I waited. As lots of employees walked right past me it was clear I wasn't going to be offered any help. I got out of the car, poked my head in the door to be greeted with, "Sumthin' you need?" This was my 2nd sign that the visit wasn't going to be good. Long story short, the representative assigned to help me was super unprofessional. He talked to me in a VERY degrading manor, repeatedly tried to argue with me, sell me things I didn't want or need, and even made rude comments to my children. In the end he broke something on my car and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment to get it repaired. Lets just say I will NEVER return here again. We are a military family and SERVICE QUALITY is extremely important to us and we value integrity. Neither of which this dealership offers. I even tried on several occasions to call the manager to speak with him about the way I was treated - I even left messages. I still have yet to be contacted. They've lost my business. More

Refreshing Experience! I purchased a 2015 Civic SE to replace my 2005 Civic which had become a maintenance hog. My experience working with Rachel Isais was nothing short of I purchased a 2015 Civic SE to replace my 2005 Civic which had become a maintenance hog. My experience working with Rachel Isais was nothing short of spectacular. As soon as I arrived, she asked me what I wanted in my next car and what I wanted to spend. Rachel was extremely friendly and never tried to sell me something I didn’t want. She was genuinely interested in getting me what I wanted - nothing more, nothing less. It was a refreshing experience compared to the last time I bought a car when I visited 10+ dealerships and walked away from all of them. I had intended to shop around and just complete some test drives while I was at Kuhn, but I found a car that met all my requirements and drove away happy in my new (to me) Civic that day. I had a great car-buying experience. If you are looking for a car, you need to go to Kuhn, and you need to ask for Rachel when you get there! More

The sales staff Rachel Isais has been extremely diligent in following up courteously and regularly, to answer all the questions that I had asked regar The sales staff Rachel Isais has been extremely diligent in following up courteously and regularly, to answer all the questions that I had asked regarding my Black 2017 Honda Pilot EXL purchase. I was originally looking for a Black EX and could not find one anywhere in Florida. So, I overstretched my budget to meet EXL needs. And Rachel were extremely nice enough to go back and forth multiple times to make sure I get the best deal, keeping in mind all the time the budget that I was already overstretched with. She even went way beyond my expectations to not only make my deal happen, but also provided lot more details on the car and explain it to me clearly. We had constraints on the date when to pick up and without a blink, she made arrangements to have the car picked up on the right date and time. Whenever I called or emailed, she made it a point to always follow-up with me, even when she was extremely busy with other customers. The sales and finance staff have excellent attitude and relentless pursuit for customer satisfaction. Very friendly environment and lots of amenities in dealership while waiting for the busy staff or the car to get ready. I would love to do business with them again if I were ever in the market again to buy a new Honda car.. More

She was very considerate of our budget and considered our needs in recommending a vehicle. The process did not take as long as I would have expected it to. We ended up with vehicle we loved within our budget, Rachel went above and beyond in coming to our home to take the car back for tinting which demonstrates her commitment to excellent customer service. I would be happy to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. More
