Waited almost three hours for an oil change / tire rotation. I understand there was a holiday company party but it was a bit much to wait that long with no explanation until the end. Being my first time at Westshore Honda, I found it a bit disconcerting to have a random person come up to my car to sell me on a new windshield because of many “dangerous chips” found on it. This was hardly the case and I feel bad for those who fall for the predatory sale. More

My Service Technician was helpful & helped me escalate a warranty expiration issue to North America Honda. Unfortunately communication was not good and he was hard to reach. He only communicated via text message and we were unclear of root cause analysis of why my Honda CRV had major engine damage at 48K miles. Especially when I purchased the car brand new, one owner & maintained at the Honda dealership for all required service intervals. The video summary that the technician sent via text did not work & function. As a result, I am still unclear of a detailed explanation of service work and associated costs. More
