Dont be sorry. Be ashamed how you scam people pretending to provide a service when you are not is clearly that you dont care about the customers. But this will be addressed with the better business burial and honda. This abuse towards the consumers have to stop. I had 4 hondas in my life and because of your dealer im done for good
