I was visiting my daughter in Florida due to her recent move to the I wanted to share the amazing experience I had at Kuhn Honda with Orlando Palma. I was visiting my daughter in Florida due to her recent move to the Tampa area and because of an unfortunate car deal in Ohio she needed a car immediately. I don’t believe Orlando knew this but we had been to several other car dealerships with poor customer service skills or just plain hounding us to buy a car (and any car) on the spot. When we stepped into Kuhn Honda we were warmly greeted by Orlando and he asked us to first sit at his desk to talk, we both immediately got a good feeling. He really took the time to find out what we were looking, leasing vs buying, explain a little about financing and give us good advice. We then went on the car lot and looked at several cars but narrowed it down to two cars. At no time did we feel any pressure nor did he give us the impression that we were consuming all of his time (yes two girls making a car decision takes time!). I normally don’t write letters but was SO impressed with the professional, knowledgeable, and fun customer service that we experienced. We’re sharing our excellent experience and recommending to everyone (even me back in COLD Ohio ?). Orlando, many thanks and you have two new and very happy customers!! Misleading. I went in to Kuhn Honda specifically for a used vehicle and information. I am a first-time car buyer and I specifically told the salesman that I was l I went in to Kuhn Honda specifically for a used vehicle and information. I am a first-time car buyer and I specifically told the salesman that I was looking for a used vehicle and just wanted to ask some questions. I fell in love with the 2016 Civic and the general manager wanted to make it work for me. After a couple hours of her making some calls and me coming back two days later, I was presented with one sheet of paper stating a price and that I would be paying a certain amount for 36 months. I was happy with this and was so proud of my new car only to realize a couple days later that the monthly payments did not add up to the price I was presented with. Looking back to the one sheet of paper I left the dealership with, I realized according to the small print that I had signed a lease agreement. The word 'lease' had never been used throughout my conversations with both the salesman and the general manager. When I went back to the dealership, she said she presented me with two prices, one for the lease and one if I bought the car. This was a lie because I was only presented with one - which was apparently a lease. She also told me that she had said that they wanted to upgrade me and a few years and then a few years after that. This is true, she did say this although very casually as she was walking away After I had already agreed to the price. I thought she meant that she wanted to have me as a repeat customer. The terms of the lease were never gone over with me throughout the buying process. I was misled and would not want this to happen to anyone else. More

I have been to many dealerships in search of the perfect car for my needs and I found the entire team extremely helpful, namely Demetrius Mina, Alison and Adam in financing. All three team members helped answer any questions I had and were all extremely kind and patient with me. I hate to say it, but I was probably an extremely difficult customer to deal with and I was so impressed and grateful for everything they all did for me. I've found that dealing with other dealerships, the car buying process can be difficult and tedious, but Demetrius, Allison and Adam made the process amazing.
