I can honestly say he is the best Sales Consultant I've worked with at an auto dealership. He was very thorough walking me through everything and making sure what I was buying fit my needs. It took about seven weeks to get one in the color I wanted. Various people kept me informed through this period. It was easy to extend my expiring lease with Honda Financial Services without penalties. The new features were worth the wait: adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keeping assistance, and collision mitigation (automatic braking). The Owner’s Manual is now on CD, but there is a hard copy instruction booklet which is easy to understand. My only complaint is that the delivery and lease paperwork took about three hours. The lease was in our company name with a personal guarantee. More

The price that we were given was extremely fair and when we made the decision to purchase the vehicle, we let Demetrios know that we were on a time crunch and he really worked rapidly to get the transaction done quickly. We also worked with Steve, the manager and Nabil, the finance person and they were excellent as well. Very surprised and happy. I first stopped at Kuhn to test drive the CRV model because my nephew suggested it to me. I had no expectations of buying a Honda at all. Stephen was the sales person that met me at the door and he showed me all the features and we test drove the CRV. I also saw the FIT and decided to test drive it too. I told Stephen that I was not really ready to buy and I took his card and told him I would get back with him around the end of May when I would be ready to buy a new car. A couple of days later I got an estimate on my car and decided to go back to Kuhn to see if they would give me the same amount. When I got there Stephen was not available and they had me turned me over to Demetrius to discuss the details of the deal. He was also very helpful and I ended up buying the car that day. I mentioned that I wanted to make sure that Stephen got credit for the sale and they assured me that would happed. I have to say every step of this purchase was made very easy and agreeable by all of the staff that worked with me and I am very glad I bought the Honda FIT from Kuhn. More

Never did I imagine walking out with a new car that day. Orlando made the process so simple and easy and made sure I was well taken care of. I'm so glad I went in and am over the moon about my new car. I was worried there would be frustration and arguing about price but the entire staff I worked with were so great and made the me feel very comfortable. When I asked about test driving a pre-owned over new he was more than willing to make that switch and not pressure me into a brand new car which I was originally worried about. I would gladly go back and do it all over again. More

Excellent service and sales style. Yesterday I visited Kuhn Honda on a whim, having just come from a very poor experience at the Mazda dealership up the road. Tom Higgins greeted me Yesterday I visited Kuhn Honda on a whim, having just come from a very poor experience at the Mazda dealership up the road. Tom Higgins greeted me immediately after I arrived at Kuhn and got right to work. I have been cross shopping cars in the compact sedan segment and wasn't as versed on the Civic as I should have been. Tom went out of his way to block out features on the different trim levels and explained everything plainly. As we headed to the lot to inspect various trims, Tom continued to patiently answer all my questions in the lot as well as on the test drive. After the test drive, Tom brought over Steve Gordon, as sales manager, who began to immediately run numbers for pricing on two separate trim levels on the Civic. Steve was also very easy to work with and began to adjust the pricing based on my needs to try and strike a deal I should mention here that after I explained to Tom that I was very much still in the research phase, both he and Steve were exceptionally low pressure during the process. Once we had finished discussing monthly payments and money down, Steve printed out pricing for both the cars I was looking at, shook my hand and we parted ways for the day. Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. The process was quick, very painless and the discussion on pricing was incredibly transparent. Though I'm still in the early days of considering my other options for a vehicle, I was very tempted to hand my business to Tom and Steve based on this experience alone. I'll be recommending them and Kuhn to anyone looking for a new vehicle in the future. More
