It was such a relaxing experience, no pressure at all. The best part was not paying for anything "optional". The other dealerships wanted me to pay for a spoiler (not interested), mud flaps (not interested), and some other odds and ends that are useless to me. Kuhn gave me what I wanted and did not try to sell me optional features I had no interest in. Go to Kuhn, go see Alex. Love these guys (I can't wait to buy another car from them!) More

We were drawn to the dealership because VW had a sign and drive deal. We had the good fortune to meet Orlando Palma, who was a true gentleman. He worked with my mother to explain the leasing process and was extremely helpful and patient. We felt he had her best interest at heart. She ended up leasing a 2014 Honda Civic and Orlando and his management met the deal that VW had offered for a car that suited her. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. More
