Car buying made comfortable and pleasant I started doing my research for a new car quite a while ago using internet. Looked up dealer inventory, car reviews, dealer reviews and any informati I started doing my research for a new car quite a while ago using internet. Looked up dealer inventory, car reviews, dealer reviews and any information I could gather from various websites. After email interaction with many car dealers, I decided to make first stop at Kuhn. I met with Joe Mack and was instantly amazed at how friendly and helpful he was. Importantly, he didn't add any discomfort from pressure sales. Joe just wanted to help me find a car and make the experience as easy as possible. I told Joe that this was my initial stop of many to allow me to make an informed decision. While visiting many of Kuhn Honda's competitors for a few days, Joe was always there to help with answers and options. Yesterday I went back to Kuhn Honda and met with Joe Mack and sales manager Ryan to complete the transaction. Again, the experience was remarkable. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Honda Accord EX-L V-6 Coupe thanks to a concerted group effort by Kuhn staff and especially Joe. I will proudly tell all about this experience. That and the fact that the "certified" vehicle they wanted to sell me had large stains in the headliner over the cargo area. After that, I decided that, if I purchased a Honda, it would be with Kuhn because of the professionalism of sales' staff. Bill, Candy, and Tansel were all great and I can honestly say I had a positive experience (not something I normally say about buying cars). More
