KUHN Honda review I started the process with Candy Sweet who contacted me due to an internet inquiry I place with the dealership. She had her internet department provide me with an attractive first offer which brought me into the dealership in the first place. Once I arrived at the dealership Candy was busy so she had me work with her colleague Terry. He took me on a test drive of the 2014 Honda Accord I was interested in, and was very informative with regards to the features of the vehicle. I worked with both Terry and Ryne to negoaite a price which I felt was fair and reasonable. Over all the process was conducted professionally, and without any high pressure sales tactics. Completing the finance paperwork was also straight forward, professionally done, and I was not “upsold” any items that I did not need. Candy completed the process by thoroughly reviewing all the features of my new car, and answering any questions I had. Overall, I would have to say my car buying experience was great, and I would definitely consider the KUHN team for my future care buying needs. More

Exceeded Exceptions I nomrally would never do these reviews because I always think they're biased or just a ploy to get people in. But I must say my experience far exceed I nomrally would never do these reviews because I always think they're biased or just a ploy to get people in. But I must say my experience far exceed my expectations in ever possible way. First the sales person I was told to speak with was off, it was a sunday, but the receptionist actually called him to find out if he was coming in.Unfortunately he wasn't but he recommended Candy, which turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. There was no pressure whats soever, she allowed me t look around, answered any questions I had, and was no in your face with details. Instead she would drop hints for lack of a better expression about the features of the car. I found the car I wanted and went into the negotiations preparing for the worst. Surprisingly there was no drama and very little back and forth. Candy and Bill, who mind you was off for the day, helped negotiate a great deal and the sales manager was very professional and helpful as well. All three of them went above and beyond their duties to help me out. I cant say enough good things about the people there. More

First, they got the wrong VIN on the paperwork, so i had to go back and resign all of ther papers (although that experience was handled very professionally). Second, after they put the tinting on the windows, they left the interior front window very dirty, and it was dfifficult to see until I cleaned it myself. that should not have happened. More
