Mr. Gomez was very helpful in educating me to the specifics of the car, with advice about its operation and maintenance and in explaining all of the documents and other paperwork. I contacted other local Honda agencies before Kuhn but found that it was by far the most efficient, professional and considerate. I purchased a vehicle from this location in September. I have contacted the dealership SIX different times over that span and nothing has been done. At this point no one there will return my emails or my calls. The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you buy a car then move, you are out of luck. You will never get your paperwork and you will never be able to legally drive your vehicle. More
