Exceptional experience start to finish. Negotiated a fair price without the gamesmanship of the typical car purchase. I will purchase from Westshore again. Negotiated a fair price without the gamesmanship of the typical car purchase. I will purchase from Westshore again. More

Alanna made my first car purchasing experience super positive. I went to the dealership by myself, and as a young woman I really needed a fellow woman as charming and amiable and Alanna to lead me through the process. She will definitely be my car sales professional for as long as she is in the industry, and I will be referring anyone I can to her. More
100% Honest review, drove two hours to buy a used 20’ BMW they had advertised for $25k, got hit with a $4000 “advantage package” added, this is a bunch of xx you don’t need sugarcoated with a “lifetime power they had advertised for $25k, got hit with a $4000 “advantage package” added, this is a bunch of xx you don’t need sugarcoated with a “lifetime power train warranty”, not optional, so add $4000, then add $2000 “reconditioning fee”, really? Yes. Might as well charge me for the General Managers leisure expenses as well. $1200 dealer fee, really? That’s way above state average. Complete failure, this is the finance guy’s job on the back end, you can’t bring this stuff front page. This is all optional, they’re called aftermarket products. Bad marketing idea used to reel you into the dealer with false pricing. All Morgan dealers are doing the same thing, sales guy was nice and tried hard to sell me the car. Beware, don’t waste your time, Stay away. More

If I could leave zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible experience! Made an appointment with Brynn for 9am, drive a hour to the dealership, get told she didn’t show up for work but so Absolutely horrible experience! Made an appointment with Brynn for 9am, drive a hour to the dealership, get told she didn’t show up for work but someone else will help me. Then I get told the vehicle isn’t even at that the Honda dealership that’s it’s at their Toyota dealership. So we left and went to the Toyota dealership only to find out it wasn’t there either. Then they tried to show me other vehicles that were nothing like what I was looking for! This is the worst dealership experience ever! Total waste of time! More
BAIT & SWITCH! Buyer beware, especially if TIME and DECENCY is valuable to you. I was in the market to replace a recently totaled vehicle for my 16 year old daughte Buyer beware, especially if TIME and DECENCY is valuable to you. I was in the market to replace a recently totaled vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. I was CLEAR both in written and verbal communication that my MAX "out the door" budget was $16,500 as that's all the insurance company provided me for compensation and I am on a fixed income currently. I was provided the (list price shown $12,810) estimate via email and I was also supplied with an email (list price 16,744) from the sales rep prior to driving over an hour in traffic to test drive the car, believing that the first estimate was the list price and the second was the true price. Upon arrival I noticed the sales sticker on the window showed MSRP at over $24k and before test driving asked my sales person about it and was assured, the owners want to make a deal because the showroom is empty. My daughter proceeded to drive this and another vehicle at a comparable price. After a couple hours and some deliberation we were ready to buy. The paperwork presented to me showed my cost out of pocket at over $26k?!?!?!? When I reiterated that I was transparent about what I could afford she asked, what number would you need to see to get you in the car. I answered $10,000 less! I was furious. The sales manager/director Billy then sat down with us. I asked WHY they were wasting my time, gas, energy, and sanity on a car I could not afford and he said that HE INSTRUCTED HER TO SHOW US THE CAR ANYWAY because once I saw it, I may want to buy it!! WANT has nothing to do with REALITY. I showed the emails and was quickly dismissed with "computer error" excuses. Car dealerships often claim to get a bad rap for predatory practices, wearing customers down, playing on their weaknesses or lack of car buying prowess but in this instance I was clearly a victim of the good old fashioned "bait and switch" as they showed me the ONLY vehicle on their lot within my price point. Honestly, had they STARTED there, I may have become a paying customer. Instead, I lost an afternoon of wages, an opportunity to buy a vehicle that would have perfectly suited our needs (sold while playing games with Westshore Honda) and suffered other hardships all because of DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. If you are able to buy a car from anyone else, I urge you to do so. More
