I’m glad I got a car and at first I was receiving great help but at the end I was receiving run around and ruff attitude and it was a challenge for me! I kept trying very hard until I finally found the rig help but at the end I was receiving run around and ruff attitude and it was a challenge for me! I kept trying very hard until I finally found the right person to assist me Finance staff like David Funk was negative about my situation and brushed me off! Zach Walters said he was busy with other things and refused to help me at the end with my warranty funding! And I went to the service department and found Neil Can and his customer service skills were very outstanding! I struggled very hard to be assisted properly! I’m glad I got my car and I’m very grateful but I’m a customer just like anybody else and deserve to be treated as they would like to be treated! If the sales team has stressed out about their problems I should not have to be treated like I’m going to be escorted outside! After my hard work and dedication and persistence I was able to resolve my warranty issues with Neil Cann - Service Manager- he was outstanding customer service! Attitude isn’t what customers go to purchase! Not everyone has perfect credit but I paid my down payment cash! So I stood my ground to overcome the attitude towards me!! I was in shock and thought I was getting escorted outside for needing help that I couldn’t fix myself!! But I’m very grateful for my car and I struggle very hard to pay the down payment cash! More
