Sold a car I put a deposit on!!!!!! This awful dealership sold the Honda Pilot that I put money down on to hold until my return in 3 days. I paid the deposit on Wednesday saying I would be back on Saturday. They agreed. I texted and spoke live with my sales person on Thursday & again during the day Saturday saying I had all but 3,000 and she said no problem I could bring the remaining $ on Monday. I get to the dealership on Saturday & I sit for 1.5 hours before they tell me that they sold the car I put $ down on three days prior. No one called me to inform me. Then the arrogant manager Alvin Santana said he had a right to sell the car & he felt no remorse. The sales person I dealt with was apologetic & wanted to help me find another Pilot to my liking. But the Sales Manager who sold the car knowing I had put $ as a hold, was so disrespectful to me that I couldn’t buy a car from this Manager. Both the sales lady and the CEO called me to apologize. More

He listened to my complaint and assured me my concerns would be taken care of. I purchased a car through Jony, who is a nice, but very aggressive salesman. While I understand that dealers have to make a profit and so do the sales people, I am against ripping people off. This dealership charges a huge amount for dealer fees among other hidden fees. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have bothered going here. Do I regret buying the car from here, yes I do. My worst experience came with the finance guy, Jeff. From the second he met us, he was condescending and standoffish. He made no effort to conceal his disdain for us. We are from a marginalized background and his behavior made it clear how he felt. The dealership has a diverse employee staff, but he still wanted to let us know how he felt and he did. Very clearly and without hesitance. He even tilted his head to give us a disgusted look up and down, including my children. The entire time we sat in his office, it was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In a time when we are pushing for more equality and diversity I do not think Jeff should be employed here. Perhaps, Mr. Larry Morgan would like to take a look into his dealerships and make sure racism is not tolerated. But thats just my opinion. Overall, I do not recommend this place. You can buy a car elsewhere from a dealer with lower dealer fees and, no other hidden fees. Very dissatisfied customer. Will not be returning at all to this place. More
