You are just a number to them. My experience with Kuhn was not a pleasant one at all. They pressured me with a "price is today only" tactic and I was on the fence. Even after seeing that, they just wanted the papers signed and did not want me to leave and come back after thinking it over. We had to wait (like most dealers) for the papers to be printed until 9 pm and then there were printed while we waited. Even after my wife started to cry in the finance guys' office possibly wanting to keep our current vehicle, he just kept asking me to sign and not offering to help or give us time to think it over. IT HAD TO BE TODAY was their ploy. Since buying the car, I have not been contacted about my experience. Even after I texted my salesmen (Ray) that it was the worst experience ever, he just stated sorry. He has not once offered to make it right or ask what he can do to make my experience better. They really just treat you like a sale, like a number and want you in and out as fast as possible. When I went back to pick up the car and deliver my trade, I stated I might want to change my mind and keep my truck. Ray just laughed and said well no. He never asked was I serious or we could talk to the manager if I was serious. Like I stated, just a number. Don't use Kuhn Honda if want a stress free buying experience and don't want to be pressured into buying a car. I would not recommend them to my family or friends. Again, the worst car buying experience I have ever been through. More

Dejeane was a pleasure to speak with, unfortunately I am not in the market for a new car. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient, such a joy. If I we're in the market I would definitely work with her. Service was done with Tony. And he always takes good care of my car. He got me in and out quickly. It only took about 50 minutes. I highly recommend anyone for servicing for anyone who has a Honda and request Pete perrelli, who is very courteous. More

He Guided me through the whole process and explained everything very clearly - including tips on routine main I dealt with Seth in the service center. Also, he was communicative throughout the process, lined me up with a rental car, and also provided detailed explanations of the work done on my Civic. Kudos to Seth for his knowledge, professionalism, and top-of-the-line customer service. Because of Seth, I will definitely make sure I return to Kuhn Honda’s service center anytime i need any type of work done on my Honda. Thanks again for all your help Seth! Fast service with compassionate customer care When I called Seth and told him I was enroute with a battery issue, he met me at the drop off place and got my 2010 Element to the back, right away! I'm not impressed that management decided to stop the free donuts in the morning in the waiting area. Recently I dropped $1k in repairs.....and thought although my car was well taken care of, I didn't feel special. Little things go a long way to keep customers coming back. More
