I highly recommend purchasing and dealing with Westshore Honda! I have had an amazing experience with them and will purchase all my future vehicles when the time comes with them! Joe in the service departme Honda! I have had an amazing experience with them and will purchase all my future vehicles when the time comes with them! Joe in the service department went above and beyond walked me through step by step on the services my truck was getting and went back and forth with the insurance company as to what needed to be done. Joe offered a rental vehicle which I declined because I had my fiancés truck to drive while the services were being done but it was greatly appreciated that he offered. Not only that he ran the truck through a wash before I picked it up. He also went above and beyond and helped with a Lyft drive when the truck was having issues. I can’t say enough about the services and employees. Do yourself the favor and purchase all your vehicles from them and have all services done there as well. They stand behind their word and will make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend!!!! More

On 4/6/25 my 2022 Pilot went into limp mode and engine light plus other warning lights began flashing. This was the 6th time this happened to this vehicle and was “fixed” each time at Honda. This happened just 4 days after I received the vehicle back from Westshore. They gave me a loaner Civic and told me “it’ll be here a while”, they had the Pilot until 4/19. They stated a cylinder spring was malfunctioning and replaced. After driving the car 8 miles it began to smoke from the engine, oil poured out of bottom, engine light flashed and car once again went into limp mode. I called the shop and they advised pull over and call Honda roadside assist. I was on a very busy highway but got to safe spot. I called for tow but they said 1.5 hours, called back shop, they said they’d send another tow company. After 30 mins they called back and sent a staff with same loaner I had just turned in to take and leave. This cost me 4 hours on holiday weekend from spending time with family. On that afternoon Honda called to say this was on them as a o ring had not been replaced properly. They ordered new part. I called Honda customer service as I already have a case in this due to all the times this vehicle has stranded me. It’s a complete safety issue and I travel out of state with this Pilot as well as transport young grandchildren. Customer service took notes and again advised “this proses takes many months” to resolve. They mentioned the lemon law and I could get an attorney, at who’s cost?! This Pilot is very obviously a lemon and 2 Honda shops have not properly fixed whatever the issue is. I am due to get this Pilot back on 4/24, I do not feel safe driving it but have no choice once they state it’s repaired. This is a very flawed and bad process for the consumer. I’ve driven Hondas for 40 years, I’m a loyal Honda guy as my wife and children drive Hondas but this is beyond frustrating at this point. Safety is suppose to be the cornerstone of Honda, I do not feel safe driving this vehicle. More
