Over all I give Kuhn Honda an excellent rating. Pete Perrelli has been the person I go to when I have my car serviced. Rude Service Your service members are rude. Did not even say good morning or even a hello, didnt introduce himself, did not ask how can he help, nothing. Acted lik Your service members are rude. At least say hello or something. There were 4 service people in the area and all of them just walked by me. Michael Halls or however you spell his name was the one talking to me. Acted like He just didnt give a xxxx and had poor attitude. This service is unacceptable and I have heard the same feedback from others who service their car there. I will take my business elsewhere as there are plenty of businesses that would be happy to take my money for service. I am not coming back and will tell everyone who asks me about my very poor experience!!! More

Best Customet Service ever!!! For several months, my service rep helped me “nurse” a bad power steering rack. He finally told me...it’s time to bite the bullet and repair it. After For several months, my service rep helped me “nurse” a bad power steering rack. He finally told me...it’s time to bite the bullet and repair it. After checking all my options and consulting with him, we decided to put non-Honda part in the car. I took it in for the repair and gratefully drove a rental car provided by Kuhn. It took much longer to repair than expected because, for some reason, my car didn’t like the TWO non-Honda racks they put in. So, they put in a Honda part. After it was all said and done (and a week later), I have my car back and they only charged me the price they originally quoted me for the non-Honda part. Needless to say - I am a very happy customer! More
