They put me through xxxx had my car for over a month had me in tears and having panic attacks all while being pregnant and there’s still stuff wrong with the car and now they’re trying to accuse me of causing the damage to my car so that they don’t have to fix it again. This is by far the worst dealership ever and I do not recommend anybody to purchase anything or use the service department because they will not fix your car. They will only make it worse and then blame you for it. More

I really hate this dealership! I have NEVER had a good experience here since I bought a 2019 Honda Civic Sport in 2022. First of all, I left the dealership with a WHITE car, got a call a week later, and they said they gave me the WRONG CAR, and I had actually bought a BLACK car. I had to come back and return the car as it did not match what was listed on my registration. They also told me that I was driving a "stolen car" - which they had literally given me!!!! I come in about every 6 months for an oil change and I have never had my appointment be on time, no one pays attention when you walk in (especially as a young woman) and you have to literally flag someone down to check you in. Last week I went in for an oil change at 8AM, and chose the "complimentary ride" option, where someone will drive you where you need to be within 8 miles. I reminded the associate when I gave him my car keys that I needed a ride to work, and he told me to wait for someone to be available. An hour and a half went by with no ride, but I did see the same associate offer rides to other people in the same waiting room that had been there for 10 minutes. I ordered my own Uber and will NEVER be returning to this dealership. More
I have had my 23 Civic a little over a year and my go to advisor is Michael Hall. He has always been able to handle all my maintenance needs the most recent being a new steering rack. Even when I thought it might be nothing he had the techs look at it over again and we got the new part ordered. He is always so friendly and cares about my time and schedule. He will even schedule my appointments for me to save me time! Above all else he is looking out for me and has my best interests at heart. Often makes me feel like I'm his only client for the day even though I know he has a line of people he is servicing. If I'm getting my Civic serviced I will go out of my way to work with him and only him because he is the man! More
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! ! This establishment is deceptive! I visited for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall, but they charged me for tire rotation that was never per ! They neglected to fill the tires with the recommended pressure, a crucial part of the multi-point inspection that should be included in every oil change. This suggests they may not be conducting the multi-point inspection at all—a clear case of deception. Upon raising these concerns with the service advisor and manager, they claimed I needed to drive a few miles to update the pressure reading. However, even after covering 50 miles, there was no change. My repeated calls to Westshore Honda went unanswered, reflecting a lack of responsiveness. During my initial visit, my tire depth was deemed satisfactory, and there was no indication of needing new tires. However, within a week of my second visit (prompted by the tire pressure and rotation issues), my tires were suddenly declared unsafe, necessitating an immediate replacement. This rapid deterioration within a week is highly suspect and indicative of a scam. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment. More

Made an appointment for service, 9am, show up, started to go in to see service advisor Donald, told to stay in my car. When I was asked for my services name and advised it was Donald. Was told he would not go in to see service advisor Donald, told to stay in my car. When I was asked for my services name and advised it was Donald. Was told he would not be until 9:30. So another service advisor assisted me and took my information. He then said my car would not be taken in for service until at least 2 hours later and asked if that was okay, I said my appointment was for 9 am not 11 am. Too bad you will have to wait. Nope d out of that . Why make an appointment for a time and not be able to keep it? It the first problem with Westshore Honda, previously had a recall for fuel pump. Damaged door, service advisor would not even check it. Had a tire rotation and oil change, hubcap broken, $200 for a new hubcap I will never go back to any Morgan Company Care Sale businesses. More
