He Guided me through the whole process and explained everything very clearly - including tips on routine main I dealt with Seth in the service center. Also, he was communicative throughout the process, lined me up with a rental car, and also provided detailed explanations of the work done on my Civic. Fast service with compassionate customer care When I called Seth and told him I was enroute with a battery issue, he met me at the drop off place and got my 2010 Element to the back, right away!
