I stopped in the dealership to get a feel of the size of the palisade, N’Kendia listened to my wants and needs for a new vehicle. She was a sweetheart on the test drive and I told her the vehicle exceeded my wants and needs. The low pressure sales approach was key for me. She’s also offered to help me with the tech setup on the vehicle with my phone/etc. so offering to help after her sale was another thing greatly appreciated by me being old school and not very tech savvy.
