Disorganized Called to verify a specific advertised vehicle was still available. After test driving, dealer discovered this vehicle was sold by another store. Dealer misspelled my name multiple times even after being presented with my license; this led to problems finding my appropriate driving record by the financial dept and redoing paperwork. Before leaving the dealer, discovered my registration was not in my possession and had to return inside. A few days after purchasing my vehicle, I was notified that they lost the receipt for my down payment as well as the credit applications from me and my cosigner. The person that contacted me said that it was a crazy day for the dealership, but my cosigner and I only saw three other customers while there. I will only be returning to this dealership for the free servicing they offered. More

Never will return again Needed a vehicle shipped and was told no problem. Signed paperwork with finance on Sunday and remaining co-owner signatures would be sent to our daug Needed a vehicle shipped and was told no problem. Signed paperwork with finance on Sunday and remaining co-owner signatures would be sent to our daughter in California via "overnight" so she could sign and return overnight and then vehicle could be shipped. Paperwork was not sent until Friday and now going on two weeks and vehicle still not shipped. Dealership has all paperwork necessary to ship vehicle. We are paying for insurance/interest on a vehicle we own and it has not moved from the lot. Will promise you everything but when deal is done, good luck with follow ups. More
