I appreciate his knowledge and being honest and how to better myself and making sure I enjoy the most out of the car. Clyde was very personable and professional Derrick Simmons was awesome, very friendly, honest, explained everything and attentive. When I first arrive the 1 female and 2 guys didn't greet me and my guest, waited 15 to 20 mins until one of us finally said something before just leaving. I was amazed and felt like they didn't want my business. When they called Clyde to come everything change, he was the only reason I stayed, he wash phenomenal, he is a Great person with a big heart, he really shows he has best interest at heart for people. I would only back becauseof Clyde and Derrick, that made the experience better. Please reward him and Derrick and acknowledge them. Clyde isn't the typical salesman that people dodge from, he wasnt aggressive, very laid back but guided to want was best for me even at one point when I decided to change my mind about getting a car. He showed me the wins of getting a new car. This was amazing experience for me getting my first brand new car and to top it off I have never been in a hyundai or drove one. Completely amazing, thank you Clyde and Derrick for working with me to get into a car.
