Then I drove away without the hubcap and now I have to return after they order another one. Usually my visits to Kia are fine. Kevin is always kind and helpful. This visit was frustrating. I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be 1.5 hours. It ended up taking over 2 hours and the tires were not rotated. I had a previous problem getting my service contract cancellation processed on the previous vehicle I had purchased from your dealership. The finance manager Fernando ignored my correspondence repeatedly even though he told me to email him once the loan was paid off on that vehicle. I finally had to go to the dealership and was finally helped by Mr. Jolla. Then, I had to inquire about the status of the refund and of course, when I did, the refund was miraculously ready for pickup. Unfortunately, my business and future business is done with Westside Kia. More
