When I went to the service counter, three men were working on computers. Kevin, my rep, was not at his computer. I stood there for about three minutes and finally had to ask the three sitting there working on computers. Kevin, my rep, was not at his computer. I stood there for about three minutes and finally had to ask the three sitting there, "Can I get some help"? They replied, "In a minute..." Then, about three minutes later, they asked what they could do for me. I told them my name, and they said I had to wait for Kevin. I don't mind waiting for my rep, but not being acknowledged is rude and unprofessional.
