They never come on to clear my windshield. The pick up procedure was organized. I got into my clean washed car and left. I had asked how a roller shade in the back compartment of the car worked when I had dropped my car off. They said when I picked it up they would show me. I forgot to ask when I picked it up and I guess they hadn't written a note on my invoice, so I still don't know how to use the roller shade. More
