My only problem I had with my experience is t Jeff Margolis was extremely kind and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable buying my first car ever! My only problem I had with my experience is that my car got damaged in the new car wash at the dealership and I was given the option of either getting a brand new car or getting the current car fixed and getting a check of “$750” for damages. I agreed to take the check and have yet to receive it. Jeff was super apologetic and understanding of my feelings. He gave me a nice loaner car that is getting me more familiar with the Lexus system. In a nut shell it has been an overall positive experience for me and I would definitely recommend this dealership! More
