I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oi Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oil would be checked and not changed. the service took about an hour and twenty-five minutes. having said that, you should be very happy that is the only negative item mentioned.
