I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oil would be checked and not changed. the service took about an hour and twenty-five minutes. having said that, you should be very happy that is the only negative item mentioned. The Service Technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue within 2 hours of leaving my car and noted a number of other issues. Scott was extremely helpful moving my car through the repair process and was able to identify those items that could wait until I could return to my home Lexus Dealership (Lexus of Chandler) in Chandler, AZ.
