Service for 2015 RX350 Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oi Laura is always very helpful and punctual. I had the 25,000 service call and thought it would only take a few minutes (less than an hour) since the oil would be checked and not changed. the service took about an hour and twenty-five minutes. having said that, you should be very happy that is the only negative item mentioned. All I had to do was leave the car out front and leave the keys for them. They came and got the car, did their work, and returned it before I ever even got off a conference call. Excellent Service with Scott Bissonett I am traveling away from my home in Phoenix, AZ. The alternator on my 1998 LS400 failed while I was in Houston.
