Westside Lexus - Service Center

Someone stole my coins I did received a great customer service while dropping and picking up my car. However, I was very disappointed for two reasons: 1. My coin holder was full of coins when I leave my car there. Then, when I picked it up there were two pennies. I don't care about those coins, but next time I won't be in peace leaving something valuable inside my car... It shouldn't be that way. 2. Although the car wash is a complementary service, I was expecting a better job. When I take my cars for oil changed at different places, they wash my car outside and vacuum and clean inside for free and my cars look like a new car. When I got my car at Lexus, it was just a little bit cleaner than when I leave it there, but they didn't even throw away a banana peel that was inside. More

5000 MILE SERVICE EVERYONE WAS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE. THE LENGTH OF WAIT WAS NOT LONG. THE ONLY RECOMMENDATION I HAVE IS BETTER SEATING.
