Aryn, was professional, I would give her 5 stars, she kept me informed about everything that was happening with my car and the service department did every good work. I was really surprised to learn that a Toyota hybrid doesn't come with a donut. The reason I was at the service department was because a repair on the original tire didn't hold. I needed a new tire. I was told the service department wanted to put the donut while the tire was ordered. That's when I was informed that hybrids didn't come with donuts. I find that absurd. I again commend Aryn for her professionalism. More
